We are a family of 2 adults and 4 children; we definitely need connecting rooms. We have two rooms booked for CBR this December. I was told all King rooms connect to a 2queen room but haven't been able to verify that statement. Is that info accurate?

Hi, Monique! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

Your family won’t want to leave Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort! What I love about it, is the laid back atmosphere and tropical vibe all while being in the heart of Walt Disney World Resort! It’s pretty much like getting 2 vacations in one!

In order to 100% verify your statement, I would need the type of room that you have on your reservation (Standard, Pirate, Preferred), as the layout of each section may vary. I have made numerous calls and spoken to many Cast Members on your behalf and I also found a resort guide that had the different types of rooms listed. What I can tell you, is that it seems that most King rooms are BESIDE 2 Queen rooms, but I can’t verify if they have the connecting door in between. As you know, requesting connecting rooms is not a guarantee, but when it comes to having one larger family, Cast Members are very helpful and understanding in keeping the whole gang together. I suggest arriving at your Disney Resort hotel as close to check-in as possible (which is 11 am) and letting them know your requests. Might I also suggest sending a fax directly to Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort about 4 days before your arrival with your rooming request to 407-934-2736.

I hope my answer is helpful and that you and your family enjoy a magical vacation! Come see us again real soon,
