    Hello, my family and I accidentally purchased tickets to Disney world and we meant to buy Disney land tickets. I’m wondering what are my options at this point how am I able to get a refund or credit. Your phone customer services are not able to help me

    Gawrsh! Sounds like while you had California dreams, you ended up clicking on the sunshine state instead. I hope we can help get this situation resolved so you can head to The Happiest Place on Earth, Disneyland to enjoy a mint julep and corndog.

    Walt Disney World Resort and Disneyland function on two separate Theme Park Ticket systems. Which ultimately means you cannot use the tickets between the two properties. Also, Walt Disney World Resort Theme Park Tickets are nontransferable and nonrefundable. I personally suggest you call the Existing Ticket Help Center at (407) 934-7639 to speak to a friendly Cast Member to explain your situation. Wait times have been exceptionally long, try calling early or late in the day. Alternatively, you can use the chat line to connect to a Cast Member either online or through your My Disney Experience Mobile App.
