Can families travelling from Canada apply for the disability access pass 30 days before their trip? Also can families apply for more than one child in a family?

Hello, hello there, Kellie! Welcome to planDisney, the Most Magical Place on the Internet. Thank you so much for stopping by with your question!

I'm very happy to report that Canadian Guests are more than welcome to apply for the Disability Access Service between two and 30 days in advance of their trips to the Walt Disney World Resort! In order to register for the service, you'll need to head to the Disability Access Service webpage, scroll all the way down, and click on "Register for DAS".  Now, simply scroll all the way down and click on the "Request Live Video Chat" button. That's it! Please keep in mind that the live chat is only available between 7 a.m. and 10 p.m. EST.

Kellie, it's important to note that only one person per planning party will be allowed to register for the service. The entire family will be able to reap the benefits, so you would not need to register more than one child at all. If you come across any issues regarding the service while you're physically in Orlando, I recommend visiting a Guest Relations location so a friendly Cast Member can help you out.

I hope you enjoy your time at the Most Magical Place on Earth, Kellie. If you have any other questions for us, please don't hesitate to come right back here so we may assist you further. We're always available and more than happy to help!

    Warm hugs,

    Ana Paula
