Hi Steve,
Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! Surely you deserve an award for leading the group planning effort!
It sounds as if you already have a My Disney Experience Account. If not, create one online and link your resort hotel or vacation package confirmation number. Each family needs at least one person with a My Disney Experience Account. Each "lead" family member needs to link the family's resort or vacation package number and then be sure each family member is listed in the Family & Friends list in My Disney Experience. The lead family member then needs to make sure that each family member has theme park tickets assigned to her or him in My Disney Experience. Once all of the lead family members have everyone linked in My Disney Experience, then you need to connect with them through the Family & Friends list in My Disney Experience. Click on "Add a Guest," then send each "lead" an invitation to connect. I typically share all plans and PhotoPass Photos when traveling with a large group.
As you probably know, with a Walt Disney World Resort Hotel stay, you can book your Fast Pass+ selections 60 days in advance. Be sure to make those initial selections on day 60. And, prior to making selections, consult with your group to prioritize selections. If you are traveling with children of different ages and heights, you may want to divide into different "riding groups" and make different Fast Pass+ selections for each group. Check the
attractions list to see the height requirements for rides.
Steve, also consider making a few
advanced dining reservations for the whole group. Although you can search online, I also call to speak to a cast member in dining at 407-939-1947 when making reservations for larger groups!
Magic, memories and Minnie Mouse hugs,
Donyell
