Hey there, Robert! Thanks so much for stopping by planDisney with your question. I am excited to hear you have a trip coming soon to the Happiest Place on Earth!
Robert, anywhere from 2-30 days prior to your arrival, you can
request a video chat to start the
Disability Access Service (DAS) registration process, through the new
DAS Advance feature. The Guest requesting DAS needs to be present on the video chat. If you are deemed eligible for DAS, you can make two attraction selections for each day of your visit in advance.
Given you are within two days of arrival, you can go to
Guest Relations upon arrival, and they will be happy to assist you. I recommend visiting City Hall at Disneyland Park or Chamber of Commerce at Disney California Adventure Park, as each are located close to the entrance.
In the future, hopefully you can leverage the DAS Advance feature of the program to get DAS set up before you arrive!
I hope you will stop by the Festival Marketplaces at the
Disney California Adventure Food & Wine Festival! I will be there later in March and can’t wait to sink my teeth into the unique treats featured as part of this event. Check out the
foodie guide to see what you might like to try!
Wishing you magical and happy adventures,
Kamini
