This is my families first trip to Disney, we live in the Caribbean we have two boys 10 an 4.Do you have any advise concerning booking of a hotel and park tickets on a budget? We plan to come around the 16th August 2010.

Hi Rianna, Disney's Value Resorts offer wonderful accommodations and are budget friendly. Click HERE to browse the various options.

Since it is your first trip to Disney, I would recommend that you purchase Base Tickets. You will find that there is plenty to see in each Park, and you won't need to Park Hop. This will save you a fair amount of money, and you'll be able to really immerse yourself in the magic of each Park.

Disney offers various specials throughout the year. If you call 407-W DISNEY (407-934-7639) to speak with a Travel Planner, they can give you rate information for the dates that you are interested in. If there aren't specials out yet for August, you can always book your room and add the special at a later date (based on availability).

Hope this helps and that you have a wonderful vacation!
