Hi Crystal,
You will definitely be visiting Walt Disney World when the crowds are higher because school has let out for many across the country. Making dining reservations are HIGHLY recommended for sit down meals, otherwise you may find yourself with very long waits or complete unavailability at some restaurants. The Walt Disney Cast Members will do everything to accommodate you as best that they can but you may find that some of your preferred dining choices are all booked up. If you are on the Disney Dining Plan, you don't want to end up with those valuable meal services leftover at the end of your trip because they do not transfer to your next visit. I think if you try to make reservations now, so close to your travel date, you will see how booked the restaurants really are, but hopefully with a little sprinkle of pixie dust, you will be able to secure a couple of reservations nonetheless. Don't forget that there are about 50 Quick Service Dining choices through out Walt Disney World that do not require reservations at all. Here is the list! Happy Hunting! http://disneyworld.disney.go.com/media/wdw_nextgen/CoreCatalog/WaltDisneyWorld/en_us/PDF/2010QuickService.pdf
Visit Walt Disney World Resort to explore the magic.
