Hi Melissa,
Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! I'm so glad you stopped by with your question about Annual Passports. I'm thrilled you and your family have been able to enjoy being Passholders to
Disneyland Park and
Disney's California Adventure Park. I live across the country but when we first visited the
Happiest Place on Earth a few years ago, we fell in love with it and visit as often as we can.
As you know, under the usual circumstances you can renew your Annual Passports 40 days before the expiration date. As you also know, there is nothing "usual" about the current circumstances. If you paid for your Annual Passports in full, your expiration date will automagically be extended. "The new expiration date will be reflected on the Annual Passholder's Passport account prior to the reopening of the theme parks." Since the phased reopening dates are beginning to be announced, you will hopefully have an updated expiration date soon.
If you are on a monthly payment plan, the Annual Passport adjustments operate a bit differently. If you called to have your Annual Passport postponed, then your payments will resume when the parks reopen and your expiration date will be adjusted accordingly. If you are on a monthly plan and did not arrange to have your payments postponed, or if you have questions about the Annual Passport adjustments, please contact Annual Passport Member Services at (714) 781-4567.
As you plan for your return visit, I highly recommend keeping an eye on the
Disney Parks Blog for news about the phased reopening of the Disneyland Resort. You can also check the
Operational Updates page for the most current policies and procedures.
Melissa, thank you for visiting us with your question. I hope you will be experiencing the magic and joy of the Disneyland Resort soon!
Wishing you many magical visits,
Amy H.
