My fam of 5 stayed at the BC 2 bdrm villa last year. We were thinking of booking a standard room this time around. Are they nice and comfortable? We know there's not as much room, but we really didn't use all the amenities the villa had. Will we be happy?

Howdy Jennifer!!

The rooms at Disney's Beach Club Resort are quite spacious. The day bed allows for five people to stay in a standard room, which is one more than the typical standard room occupancy that you will find at some of the other resorts.

We love the Disney Vacation Club Resort Villas but we take full advantage of the kitchen and washer and dryer. If you don't use them, I think you will find the standard rooms to be great. My two biggest "concerns" (and they really aren't concerns) would be the storage and bathroom. You will have less room to store your items and you will all be sharing one bathroom. There are two sinks though so that will help everyone in getting ready.

Typically, the rooms that sleep five Guests, have two queen beds and a day bed. If this will work for you and your family, I think you will be fine (and happy).

Because you have stayed at Disney's Beach Club Resort before, you know what an amazing resort it is. It's one of our favorites! We love Cape May Café and the pool is always a must do!!
