Hi! Some of my fam are flying in from a different state. We arrive 5/1, and all of the magic bands were delivered to me, but my in-laws will get to MCO two hours before us. Will they be able to board Magical Express without their magic bands? TIA!

    Welcome home, Pooja!

Thank you for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel. I am so happy to answer your question today!

While having a MagicBand makes boarding Disney’s Magical Express quicker and easier, your in-laws will be able to board without them. If they have Disney’s Magical Express documents, please have them present those. If they do not have documents or their MagicBands with them, one of the friendly Cast Members at the Disney’s Magical Express desks will be able to assist them.

I recently had to board Disney’s Magical Express without my MagicBands and they were able to pull up my reservations with my confirmation number and Resort hotel name.

Pooja, I hope I have answered your question and that you will visit the Disney Parks Moms Panel again. We are always here to help you before, during and after your Walt Disney World Resort vacation.

    With Lots of Disney Magic,
