Welcome to the wonderful world of runDisney! Here are some tips to help make your race experience a magical one!
• If you are driving in for the Frozen 5k, I recommend being at Epcot® by 5:00am. This is most important! Race traffic will be running slowly getting into Epcot®, so please plan accordingly and add for extra travel time. If you arrive earlier than 5:00am, that's ok! There will be lots of fun and entertainment happening in the Start Zone Area. And don't worry about where to park, just head to Epcot®, Cast Members will be on-hand to direct race traffic to parking locations.
• You will need your race waiver to pick up your bib at the runDisney Health & Fitness Expo at the ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex. Your waiver can be found on the
runDisney website under the RUNNER INFO tab located on the Disney Princess Half Marathon Weekend event page. I've included a direct link to the waivers for you, Monnica, just select the highlighted link above to get started.
• Also remember to relax, have fun and smile! Marathonfoto photographers will be all along the course ready to capture you in action.
• Don't forget to grab a PowerAde and Fitful Nutrition Box as you exit the Runners Chute after you've crossed the finish line. These items will help you rehydrate, refuel and recover so you can have a fun day in the theme parks.
