How can I faind my ticket?

    Hi Ana,

    Welcome to planDisney!

It looks like you are arriving soon! If you have not found that ticket yet, here are some possibilities. First, check your My Disney Experience account to see if it's already linked. From the website, go to the My Disney Experience link on the righthand side of the page. From that page, scroll down and then click on the tab that says "Tickets, Passes, & Memory Maker." Or, you can check the My Disney Experience Mobile App. From the mobile app, click on the three bars in the bottom righthand corner and then click on Tickets and Passes.

If you still do not see your ticket, you need to link it. If you purchased it from the Walt Disney World website, you should have received an email confirmation. If you are linking in the app, you will just scan the barcode or QR code. If you are linking in the website, click on My Plans in My Disney Experience and then click on Link Reservations and Purchases. Then click on Tickets and enter the ticket ID number.

If you purchased those tickets from a travel agency or other platform, check to see if they emailed a confirmation. If you purchased those tickets from the Walt Disney World resort website and still need help, you can contact a cast member by phone. One last tip - if you have not considered Memory Maker, I recommend it. My family loves the photos from the attractions that have PhotoPass® cameras. They take great time determining what small "pose" we will do for the camera on certain attractions. And, of course, we love having access to all of our digital photos!

Ana, I trust you will find that ticket! And then, let the fun begin!

    Magic and memories,
