Hi Moms Extraordinaire! I am currently a Silver Level Florida Resident Passholder. It is set to expire in September. If I upgrade to Gold, so I pay the full difference between silver and gold, or a prorated difference for the remaining months? Thanks!!

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Susy! I’m so glad you stopped by!

Susy, don’t you just love being a Walt Disney World Annual Passholder? It’s like being a part of the coolest club in the world! There are so many awesome perks and benefits of being an AP. Have you visited recently? We even have our own special entrance at all four parks. That’s what I call VIP treatment! But my favorite perk at the moment is the wonderful discount to commemorate the Walt Disney World Resort’s 45th anniversary, offering AP’s 20% off at 45 delicious and exciting restaurants and for select merchandise throughout the resort.

I’m excited to hear that you are thinking about upgrading your pass! I actually did the exact thing recently by upgrading my Silver pass to the Gold pass. I really wanted to have that added benefit of having all my awesome Disney PhotoPass pictures to keep. There’s nothing quite like seeing my kids grow up at the parks! And now I get to visit all throughout the summer as well. Win-win in my book! Susy, next time you visit, simply stop by Guest Relations located at all four theme parks and Disney Springs, and they will be able to let you know the exact amount needed to make your pass a Gold one

I hope you have a magical time on all your future visits! Please do come back and see us again soon!
