Hi Sherry,
Come along and sing a song and join the jamboree! I hope you and all your Mouseketeer friends are really looking forward to visiting the
Walt Disney World Resort.
I'm sorry to hear that some of the Mousketeers in your group won't be joining you for all the fun at the theme parks. I can share the good news, though, that it's easy to cancel their theme park reservations. The theme park tickets can remain in your My Disney Experience account in your
"Tickets & Memory Maker" tab on your "My Plans, Reservations and Tickets" page for future use. You could leave the tickets assigned to the members of your party as they are, or you could reassign the tickets to other Guests in your
Family & Friends list.
To cancel a theme park reservation, simply sign in to your My Disney Experience account and go to your
"My Plans" page, and look for the "Daily Itinerary" tab on your "My Plans, Reservations and Tickets" page.
When you select the reservation you wish to cancel, you'll be prompted to select the Guests listed on the reservation for whom you want to cancel the reservation. If you have reservations for multiple days for those Guests that won't be joining you, you'll just want to go through the same steps for those reservations as well.
I hope this info helps you, Sherry. If you find you need additional help with managing your theme park reservations, you can call the Walt Disney World Internet Help Desk at (407) 939-4357, or chat with them through the
online chat service.

follow the Disney Parks blog to stay up to date on all the exciting news for the Walt Disney World Resort. And speaking of exciting, check out all the great plans coming up for

Here's wishing you lots of Disney magic in your day today, Sherry!
