How do extra magic hours work?

Hello, Karen and a most warm welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

One of the many, unique benefits of staying at select Disney Resort hotels is the opportunity to enjoy additional time at Walt Disney World Resort Theme Parks above and beyond the normal operating Park Hours with Extra Magic Hours - Extended Theme Park Hours.

Karen, each day, one of the 4 Walt Disney World Resort Theme Parks will open either one hour early, or will remain open up to 2 hours after the posted Park Hour closing time. As well, Walt Disney World Resort Water Parks also offer Extra Magic Hours during certain times of the year. For detailed information, please refer to our Extra Magic Hours Benefit – Frequently Asked Questions in preparation for your visit.

As well, read all about the many exciting Walt Disney World Adventures that await your arrival to optimize your visit. What a fantastic way to begin your new year!

We hope this information is helpful, Karen and we would be happy to offer any assistance in the near future for your Disney Vacation planning.

    Best Disney Wishes!
