Can you get an extra cot if you are staying at Disney's Arts and Animation?

Hi Karen! Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. It is so great to hear from you again!

Disney’s Art of Animation Resort has quickly become a family favorite. The kids love the themes, pools, and they love the Landscape of Flavors food court dining area. My favorite part of this resort hotel is that the Family Suites fit my family of five very comfortably. I don’t feel that I am ever too crammed into the room and there is plenty of space for all of our things.

It is my understanding that cots are not available anymore at the Walt Disney World Resort. When I inquired on my last visit to Disney’s Pop Century Resort I was told that they can potentially be a fire hazard so they do not offer them anymore. I would suggest inquiring at the front desk just to be sure that the information that was given to me is correct.

I hope that you and your family have a magical time!
