We are happy you stopped by so we can help you figure out everything you need before your 7-night voyage with Disney Cruise Line. It will make embarkation day and the rest of the sailing smooth and seamless.

Guest Services keeps approved extension cords on hand that you can borrow for your time aboard. You can
call Disney Cruise Line at 1(800) 951-3532, Monday-Friday 8:00 am to 10:00 pm, or Saturday and Sunday, 9:00 am to 8:00 pm, to have your request noted on your reservation. You can also speak with your stateroom host/hostess or stop by Guest Services on the first afternoon.
Distilled water for CPAP machines can be requested in advance via the
Special Services section of your reservation. Once you are logged in, scroll down to the bottom and look for Special Services. Under "Medical Equipment," you'll find a box to check for distilled water. Your stateroom host/hostess will deliver the water to your stateroom on embarkation day. Your online request may prompt the team to include an extension cord.
I am so excited you will have 7 nights to enjoy all that a Disney Cruise Line vacation has to offer. Your
Disney Cruise Line Navigator app will keep you in the loop, so make sure it is downloaded before you arrive at the cruise terminal. You can favorite those must-dos as soon as you connect to the DCL-Guest WiFi app and log in. So whether it's trivia, game shows,
photo opportunities,
character experiences, towel folding,
first-run movies, or BINGO, the app will make sure you are experiencing as much (or as little as you like!). There will also be plenty of time to relax, soak in Vitamin Sea, and enjoy beautiful sunsets. It will be a week filled with special memories!
