What are the extended hours at the theme parks when staying at a deluxe hotel vs a value hotel?

Hey there, Jennifer! It's so nice to have you visit with us!

When you stay at a Walt Disney World resort, you automatically get Early Theme Park Entry, no matter whether you’re in a Value, Moderate, or Deluxe hotel. That means you can enter any of the four parks 30 minutes before the official opening time. It may not sound like much, but that half hour is a great way to knock out one or two big attractions before the crowds build.

Deluxe hotels, though, offer an extra benefit that really sets them apart. If you’re staying at a Deluxe or Deluxe Villa resort, you also get Extended Evening Hours on select nights. These evenings usually rotate between Magic Kingdom and EPCOT, and they typically run for approximately two hours after the park closes to the general public. The crowd level during these extended hours is noticeably lower, so you can walk onto many rides that would normally have long waits during the day. It’s one of the best perks Disney offers right now, especially if you like a calmer park experience.

Have a magical time, Jennifer! In the meantime, if you have any more questions, please don't hesitate to stop by and see us again. We'd be happy to help you with your dining reservations or Lightning Lane selections.
