You don’t need your resort confirmation numbers to book dining reservations, however you should probably call the dining line (407-WDW-DINE) rather than making reservations online. You can only choose up to 14 people when booking online and some restaurants will only let you book up to 8 people online, unless you make multiple reservations. There is no guarantee that you will all be sat together with a large group, but the restaurants will make every effort to accommodate everyone. Set your alarm clock when your 180 days arrives!
