Hi there, Jake. Welcome to planDisney! Thanks for swinging by with your question for us.
I’m sorry to hear that you may not be able to visit the Happiest Place on Earth as initially planned! Although theme parks tickets are non-refundable, please rest assured that you have plenty of time to use your tickets at a later date. If you recently purchased a one-day ticket (when Disneyland Resort reopened after the pandemic closure), it is valid through December 30, 2022. If you purchased a multi-day ticket, it will expire within 13 days of first use, or by January 12, 2023, whichever occurs first. Hopefully this allows you time to plan another trip to the Disneyland Resort later! Once you’re ready to make your theme park reservations, simply head to Disneyland Resort website's
Theme Park Tickets & Reservations page and pick the new dates you wish to visit.
If you’re still unable to travel to Disneyland Resort by December 2022 or January 2023 (depending on the type of ticket you have), no worries, Jake! According to
Disney’s eTicket Terms and Conditions, unless otherwise stated, the amount you paid for your wholly unused, expired Disneyland Resort theme park ticket (except for Special Event ticket) can be applied towards the purchase of new theme park admission ticket at the current price. The new ticket price just needs to be equal to or greater than the amount paid for the original ticket.

See ya real soon,
