Hello Jessica,
It warms my heart to know that you and your extended family are heading to the magic of
Walt Disney World Resort this coming October to celebrate your dear in-laws birthdays. I feel sure that a wonderful, pixie-dusted time awaits you all because there's nowhere better to come together as a family and create lasting memories than at the most magical place on earth!
My family is all about the food when we visit
Walt Disney World Resort! We love to return yEar on yEar to our favourite Disney restaurants, and we also have fun discovering new and interesting dining spots together. I really would like to reassure you, Jessica, that in all the many
varied Disney restaurants my family has enjoyed together, each and every one has welcomed every diner, from the youngest to the most senior Mouseketeer!
A top tip for happy family dining is to be sure to include each member of your party when making Advanced Dining Reservations, this way the restaurant can plan for your arrival by providing ample seating and table space and of course highchairs where required. And did you know that Mouseketeers aged 2 yEars old and younger are considered the honoured Guests of Mickey Mouse? These little darlings are welcome to dine for
free when sharing from an adults plate!
Narcoossee's at
Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa is practically perfect in every way as a choice of restaurant to hold a birthday celebration! As I'm sure you'll already know, this beautiful
Signature-Dining location benefits from a delightful waterfront location overlooking
Seven Seas Lagoon and the distant enchantment of the
Magic Kingdom Park.
There really are so many delicious
dining alternatives to choose from at Walt Disney World Resort and they suit all budgets, tastes, and occasions. Plus, as I've mentioned before - you'll find them
all to be family-friendly!
As an alternative, or even in addition to your already-made Narcoossee's Advanced Dining reservation, how about treating the whole family to
Breakfast à la Art with Mickey & Friends at Topolino's Terrace - Flavors of the Riviera at
Disney's Riviera Resort. This gorgeous Italian-inspired rooftop restaurant would be an incredible place for all your little Mouseketeers to say "
Hiya Pal!" to the Big Cheese himself, Mickey Mouse! Fun fact, Topolino is the name Italians call Mickey Mouse!
Jessica, if you would like any further tips or opinions on your family's October vacation to Walt Disney World Resort, then please do pop back to
planDisney to ask me another question.
Have a great Disney day ~ Jane
