Hi Leanne,
Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel. How exciting that your extended family is going to make memories together at Walt Disney World this summer.
I haven't had a chance to experience
Disney Villains After Dark at
Magic Kingdom, but I've seen fun pictures of some of my friends in fantastic costumes enjoying the villain-inspired food and entertainment. As an annual passholder, your sister-in-law can take advantage of a
passholder discount for the tickets. She should be able to
purchase up to 10 tickets at the lower rate to share with others in your group. When she buys the tickets online, just be sure she is signed into her My Disney Experience account to access the discount.
Walt Disney World can be an even more magical experience when it is shared with cousins, aunts, uncles, grandparents and other members of your extended family. It's nearly impossible to keep a big group together in the parks all day long. So when we have a large family gathering, we like to plan one group activity each day, such as a character meal like the Supercalifragilistic Breakfast at
1900 Park Fare, bowling at
Splitsville or
Movies Under the Stars by the resort pool. That way, we have the flexibility to split into smaller groups for rides, attractions and entertainment throughout the day but still have time all together.
I hope that helps you with your planning, Leanne. Please let us know if we can answer any other questions for you as your vacation nears. Enjoy!
Wilma
