Hiya Natasha! Thanks for stopping by planDisney with this great question!
This year is bound to be full of new and exciting experiences all around the Walt Disney World Resort. TRON Lightcycle / Run is set to open at the beginning of April at the Magic Kingdom, which will also be joined by the return of Happily Ever After to the night sky! Disney After Hours events have begun at the
Magic Kingdom and
Disney's Hollywood Studios and will run for the next few months. These are special ticketed events that must be purchased separately from a regular park ticket.
Extended Evening Theme Park Hours are currently available to all Guests staying at a Disney Deluxe Resort or other select resorts during their stay. This perk is held on select nights at the Magic Kingdom and
EPCOT at this time. Dates for this have only been released until the end of March, but I'm optimistic that new dates will be added in the future. It seems as though Walt Disney World only releases them a few months at a time, so I would check back in the summer to see if there have been any announcements for your anticipated arrival travel dates.
As for
Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party, no announcement has been made about a potential party for 2023. This event did return this past year with incredible fanfare and was a sell-out just about every night it was held. I would highly anticipate that it will return later this year, or potentially a new event in its place. I suggest following along with the
Disney Parks Blog for any news and announcements regarding this party!
Natasha, my best advice at this time is to stay patient and be on the lookout for new dates to be announced for both Extended Evening Theme Park Hours and Disney After Hours events. With your arrival in October, there still can be many new experiences that can come your way!
Happy planning!
Greg
