Hi there, Fabiana! Welcome to planDisney! I’m so glad to chat with you regarding your Disney
Park Tickets. Walt Disney World understands that Guests will need to make changes to their plans during these unprecedented times. As such, many changes have been implemented to make sure that this is as easy to accomplish as possible! Within the
Experience Updates pages, which are a very easy way to get caught up on all changes in and around the Disney Parks, you will find a
Ticket modification page. This page explains the policy that all current unused Park Tickets have been extended with a new expiration date of 9/26/2021. If you are unable to visit before this date, you will see that there are options available to modify the Ticket end date and also receive a refund for those Tickets. The best way to approach this would be to call
Ticket Services directly to discuss all the options.
I hope that you will be able to return to the magic very soon! I know we are starting to plan for our return trip ourselves, and are very excited about the prospect. Before booking a trip, go ahead and check out the Park Reservations calendar where you will be able to make sure that Park Pass Reservations are available for the days you wish to visit each Theme Park during your next trip. Each Guest ages 3 and up will need a valid Theme Park Ticket and
Park Pass Reservation for each day they wish to visit the Theme Parks.
Fabiana, that Disney magic we all know and love is there waiting, whenever you are ready! In the meantime, please know we are here for you and ready to help with any questions you may have. Please come back to see us again very soon!
Clara
