Hi Jacqueline,
Welcome to planDisney and thank you for taking the time to visit us with your question about Theme Park Tickets. I am so sorry that you need to change your visit to Disneyland Resort, hopefully you will be back at the Happiest Place on Earth sooner rather than later.
While
Theme Park Tickets are non-refundable, they do hold their value as long as they are wholly unused, meaning you may not need to extend the expiry date. If you are planning on visiting after your Theme Park Tickets expire, when you feel safe enough to visit, the value of the expired Theme Park Tickets can be used toward the purchase of new Theme Park Tickets. If you are able to visit prior to expiry, all you need to do is begin to make a new
Theme Park Reservation, and follow the prompts to confirm your new visit.
I do recommend taking a look at the most up to date information about
Returning to a Land of Magic Jacqueline. Here you will be able to see what to expect during your visit, including all of the updated Health and Safety precautions in place to help keep guests safe.
Sending some extra Pixie Dust in hope that you will be back at Disneyland Resort shortly, Jacqueline. If you have any other questions, please come back to us here at
planDisney, we are always happy to help.
