Hey there, hi there, ho there, Laura! You're as welcome as can be here at planDisney!
Before we joined the ranks of Annual Passholders, my family looked forward to the return of the Florida Resident Discover Disney Ticket Offer each year. It's such a great deal for us Floridians, and to this day, I still get excited when it comes back!
Since Disney has
extended the expiration date of the Discover Disney tickets from June 18 to July 14, you now have a little extra time to get in those park days. Unless they announce another extension, however, the tickets will expire on that date. While you wouldn't be able to extend your Discover Disney ticket, you could
apply the cost of it to a future purchase if the ticket hasn't been used. Your best bet is probably to
reach out to Guest Relations and see what your options may be if you can't use the ticket before the new expiration date.
Laura, have you heard the spectacular news that
fireworks are returning to Walt Disney World in July? If you find you need to squeeze in another day in the parks, you should definitely head to the
Magic Kingdom Park or
EPCOT and cap off your day with a grand finale in the sky. I can't think of a better way to celebrate summer!
I hope this helps you discover Walt Disney World anew, Laura. Please do come see us again if you have any more questions!
Keep Disney Dreaming,
Kathy K.
