What is the 'exra magic hour' and is it something you have to pay for? I have magic your way tickets from March 11th to March 17th and want to make the most of our trip. Thanks for your help!

    Hi Cathy,

Extra Magic Hours are a special "perk" available to guests staying on-site at a Walt Disney World Resort.  The Disney Parks host days during which a specific park either opens an hour early or stays open several hours late exclusively for guests staying on-site.  In general, at least one park has Magic Hours each day.  There is no fee to be in the parks during Extra Magic Hours, however, you do need to be a Disney Resort guest with a valid room key in order to take advantage of the benefit.

    Have a wonderful trip!
