    Can you explain the food and wine festival and is it something my son can enjoy.

    Hey Toni you've got a friend in planDisney!

    The EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival is the crown jewel of EPCOT festivals in my humble opinion. Global Marketplaces will be doling out dishes and invoking the flavors from all over the world and will be centralized at The Most Magical Place on Earth. You can purchase all the food and drinks that you and your son can stand to eat. It really is a small world after all and I'm going to let my empty stomach guide me through the whole thing. I strongly suggest you and your son do the same! There's also an opportunity to dance off those calories with the Eat to the Beat Concert Series. 

    Now my goddaughter is a bit younger than your son and she absolutely loves the festival. Trying the different treats at the festival is one of the ways we've been able to push past the whole picky eating thing. This year she's really getting into the spirit by helping me create my legendary snack list. Let your son get involved by choosing which foods appeal most to him. There are also some pretty great non-alcoholic beverage options for the kids to partake in and feel like they're included with the adults.
