I have a never expiring pass that I purchased in 2005. I used 4 of the 6 days on it, leaving me 2 days. With the changes due to the pandemic how do I go about making a reservation at the theme parks? My plan is to go in December.

    Howdy Linda!

Welcome to planDisney!  Thank you for stopping by and sharing your question with us!

I was a massive fan of the No Expiration tickets, also!  To utilize the remaining days on this exceptional ticket, first, make sure this ticket is entered into your My Disney Experience.  If the ticket is not linked in your, My Disney Experience, then let’s link it!  If you are using the Walt Disney World website, you will find the My Disney Experience option in the upper right portion of the home page.  Once you click on your My Disney Experience, you will be prompted to “Sign In.”  After you sign in, you will see the option “Park Tickets.”  If you hover over “Park Tickets,” then you will see the option to “Link Tickets.”  You should be able to use the ID number located on your card to finish linking your tickets.  If you cannot link your tickets using the number on the card, you will need to call the Walt Disney World Resort and speak with a Cast Member.  Once your tickets are linked, you can go to the Disney Park Pass Reservation System and choose your dates and then pick your theme park for each date.

The Walt Disney World Resort is doing a fantastic job keeping guests safe.  To maintain a high level of safety measures, they have implemented minimal person-to-person contact and proper physical distancing!  To assist in this process, they encourage all guests to use the Mobile Food Order option on your My Disney Experience.  If you have used this feature before then, you know how fantastic it is!  If this is your first time using this feature, then you are in for a treat!  This awesome feature allows all guests to build their order, modify it, and pay for it from their smartphone!  I love Mobile Food Ordering because it will enable more time to relax, and no one has to stand in line!

You will be visiting the Walt Disney World Resort during a spectacular time!  They will be celebrating 50 years of “Making Dreams Come True!”  To stay up-to-date as announcements are made for this 18-month event, go to “The World’s Most Magical Celebration” and “Sign Up!”  You can also stay informed of everything to do and see during your vacation by visiting the Disney Parks Blog!  If you have any more questions as you continue to plan your unforgettable vacation to Neverland, please come back to planDisney!  We look forward to helping you again, Linda!

    See Ya Real Soon,
