Hi! I have expired, unused tickets to Disneyland. I'd like to put the amount spent on those towards new tickets this summer. How would I do this? Thank you.

Hey there, hi there, Allison! Welcome to planDisney. You've brought us an excellent question!

While I hate to hear you have tickets that are unused and expired, the good news is you will still be able to put this towards a future trip. According to the eTicket Terms and Conditions, any wholly unused or expired ticket value can be used towards the purchase of a new theme park ticket of equal or greater value. Currently, ticket upgrades can be made in person at the Main Entrance Ticket Booth. If you have questions about the process or your options, your best point of contact would be to reach out to Ticket Services or chat with a Cast Member in the Disneyland app

Summer in the parks is always full of fun and magic. I was thrilled to hear the announcement that a new show will be coming to the Hyperion Theater in Disney California Adventure Park this summer, Rogers: The Musical. If you aren't familiar with this musical, head to Disney+ and watch the Hawkeye series. I'm sure we will hear of even more exciting happenings for the summer soon, so keep an eye on the Disney Parks Blog for any upcoming announcements.

Allison, thanks so much for stopping by. We hope you can start planning your summer visit soon!

I love helping my friends plan memorable trips to Disneyland Resort and can't wait to help you too! Learn More About Carrie
