Can you use expired unused regular tickets for disneyland. We were unable to use the tickets we purchased do to illness. They expire in DEC and we cant get back till Feb.of next year. Thanks Sondra

    Hi there, Sondra!

Thank you for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel with this question about the Disneyland Resort. I’m sorry to hear your visit had to be delayed, but I’m so glad you’ll be able to make a trip to the Happiest Place on Earth at a later date! There's lots of magic awaiting your family.

Unless noted on your tickets, the amount paid for a completely unused, expired Disneyland Resort theme park ticket can be applied as credit toward the purchase of a new admission ticket at the current price. However, the new ticket purchase price must be equal to or greater than the amount paid for your original ticket. To apply your expired ticket amount toward a valid one, simply visit a Disneyland Resort Main Entrance Ticket Booth or the front desk at your Disneyland Resort Hotel

I hope this helps, Sondra, and that your long-awaited theme park visit is perfectly pixie-dusted! Please write back with any other planning questions you may have as your vacation approaches. We’d love to hear from you again.

    Wishing you magic,
    Courtney
