Camilla from CA Asked Please note that experiences, policies, pricing and other offerings are subject to change and may have changed since the date of this answer.

I have expired tickets (from early in the pandemic). How do I go about using them for a future date? I also expect that their exact value is lower than a new ticket.

    Hey Camilla!
    Welcome to planDisney!
I am so glad you brought this question to us here today. You definitely still have some options so that you can use your tickets for a visit to the Happiest Place on Earth. Most theme park tickets that expired in late 2020 and early 2021 have been extended through December 16, 2021. Check to see if your tickets fall into one of these categories and you may find that they are still valid through the end of this year.
If your tickets don’t fit one of these categories, then you would receive the value paid for your ticket towards the purchase of a new ticket. Since the reopening of the theme parks, ticket prices have not increased and tickets are the same prices that they were back in March of 2020. Whenever you purchased your tickets will determine any price differences that you may incur. You can call Ticket Services for more accurate information or you can stop by a ticket booth at the Disneyland Resort if you are close enough to do so.
Well Camilla, I hope this information helps and you are able to plan a trip soon.
Remember, always believe in the Magic!
