    I have some expired tickets. Would I be able to take those and get new tickets?

    Hello, Brady,

    I think it's a good idea to put some magic back into those expired tickets you have. Here are a few conditions that must be met to upgrade an expired Disneyland Resort theme park ticket:

    • The expired ticket must have been for regular park admission. Tickets for after-hour events or parties such as Oogie Boogie Bash – A Disney Halloween Party or Disneyland After Dark are not eligible for upgrades.
    • The ticket must not have upgrade restrictions. Complimentary tickets or prize tickets often fall into this category.
    • The ticket must be wholly unused.
    • The new ticket type must be a currently offered ticket of equal or greater value than the expired ticket.

    If all of those conditions are met, you may stop by a main entrance ticket booth where a Cast Member may assist you in upgrading your ticket. Or you may place a call to the Tickets phone line.
