    about expired photos on disneys site. I didn't see the expiration email and have had a very rough couple of weeks (dealing with a terminally ill dad)so I was practically in tears just now when I went to order pics and they were gone. Any way to get back??

    Hi Elisa!  I am so so sorry to hear you have had a touch few weeks in your family. Please remember that helping family is what life is all about and pictures and come and go. You will never lose the memories from when those pictures were taken as memories never expire. I know sometimes that isn't what you want but it is true.

    Photo Pass is pretty strict on the policy of keeping photos for 30 days. You must understand that they have thousands of pictures taken daily and loaded onto their site. They just can't keep them indefinitely.  I certainly think calling them directly will help to see if there is anyway of retrieval.  If it is just a few days you might get lucky but I certainly can't promise you anything. I am so sorry for this happening.
