How can I use the expired park pass to obtain a new one for my May visit? Not on the phone

Hi Judith, and welcome to planDisney!

A visit to Walt Disney World Resort in May is worth celebrating! The closer my trips get, the more planning I want to get done before I get there.

For your expired theme park ticket, you can use the amount paid for your original unused ticket toward purchasing a new ticket. The new ticket price needs to be equal to or greater than the amount you originally paid, but please note that you will pay the remaining amount if the cost is more. Please call (407) 934-7639 to get the assistance of a cast member to purchase your new theme park tickets.

Once you have your theme park tickets in place, be sure to make your theme park reservations using the Disney Park Pass Reservation System. I recommend completing this task as soon as you can to ensure you get to visit the theme parks you desire on the days you want to visit.

We want to continue to help you plan for your upcoming Walt Disney World Resort vacation; please let us know how we can help.

    Have a magical day!
