What is the expiration date of a renewed annual pass? Does it expire a year from it’s first new use or the anniversary date of the current (expiring) annual pass?

Hi Linda! Thank you so much for your question.

An annual pass can be a great option for fans of the Walt Disney World Resort. Not only does it offer you the chance to visit the resort more frequently at a great value, but you also get access to so many special perks and discounts.

At this time, only one pass option is available for new passholders (the Disney Pixie Dust Pass for Florida residents). However, if you are a current annual passholder, you can renew up to 60 days before and 30 days after expiration. If you renew your current annual pass, it will expire a year from the anniversary date of the current annual pass. The first new use does not have an impact on the expiration date.

You can renew your pass online, at any Walt Disney World Resort theme park ticket window, or by calling the phone line for Annual Passholders. You are also able to add the Water Park and Sports Option or Disney PhotoPass Downloads at any time, even outside your renewal window. Just keep in mind that any add-on options will expire on the same date that the annual pass is tied to.

Linda, I wish you many more magical memories with your annual pass.

A dream is a wish your heart makes,
    Matt
