As an expert in snacks, sips, and sweets, what do you recommend ordering at Blizzard Beach?

    Hi there, Janet!

Welcome back to planDisney. I'm so glad you decided to stop by with your question about Disney's Blizzard Beach Water Park because visiting the water parks is my favorite way to spend a "non-theme park" day at Walt Disney World Resort! Janet, you've come to the right place. When you've got a question about snacks, sips, and sweets, I'm your girl! I'm excited to share some of my favorite treat recommendations for a splash-tastic day at Disney's Blizzard Beach Water Park!

Janet, before I take off for a day in the water park, I like to purchase a reusable shopping bag from the gift shop at my Disney Resort hotel. I think these bags make the perfect "beach bags" since they're soft, collapsible (great for fitting into a locker), and large enough to fit all of your water park essentials! Once I arrive at Disney's Blizzard Beach Water Park, I always stop by Beach Haus to pick up towels. (Did you know that towel rental is free for Disney Resort hotel Guests?) Then, I like to grab a lounge chair and set up a "home base" in a shaded area near either Tike's Peak or Melt-Away Bay.

Now, onto the important things - snacks, sips, and sweets! Once I've set up camp at Disney's Blizzard Beach Water Park, I like to head over to Cooling Hut to purchase a refillable beverage mug. That way, I can stay hydrated with free refills at Quick Service locations throughout the water park for the entire day! When I'm ready for a more "adult" beverage, I drop by Lottawatta Lodge for a Frostbite Mojito.

Janet, I think any time is a good time for a Mickey-shaped snack. When I get a Rumbly in my Tumbly at Disney's Blizzard Beach Water Park, I head straight to Warming Hut for a warm Mickey-shaped Pretzel with cheese sauce. At lunchtime, there's no better place to grab some grub than Lottawatta Lodge. To save time, I love to utilize Mobile Food and Beverage Ordering at this popular location. My favorite meal is the Shimp & Grits with a side of house-made chips! Of course, no Disney day is complete without dessert. At Disney's Blizzard Beach Water Park, you can't go wrong with a stop at I.C. Expeditions. If you're looking for a shareable (or not) dessert, check out the Ice Dream Sand Pail Sundae!

I hope this information helps you map out your must-eats during your upcoming visit to Disney's Blizzard Beach Water Park. Whether your plans include taking the epic plunge down Summit Plummet or simply chilling on Cross Country Creek, I'm wishing you a refreshing and relaxing water park day full of magical munchies, Janet. If you have any more vacation planning questions, please feel free to slide into planDisney again anytime!

    Happy snacking,

    Lauren
