Do you have experience with the Hilton at bonnet creek? I'm registered for goofy and my only request is ease of transportation for both races! The standard rooms are all sold out and I'm really nervous- please offer any and all thoughts/suggestions? Thx!

Hi Stephanie!  Congratulations on signing up for the Goofy!  That is amazing and I hope to do it myself one day!

I have not stayed at the Hilton at Bonnet Creek.  I have driven by it and it seems nice.  However, if you are looking for ease of transportation then I highly recommend that you stay at one of the Disney resorts.  All of the Disney resorts are "host resorts" during marathon weekend.  They provide free bus transportation to and from all race weekend events.  Because there are so many runners during that weekend, the traffic can be brutal.  The Disney buses are priceless!

You can see all of the Disney resorts on the Disney World website.  You can also get a runner's discount on packages at the resorts.  This information can be found on the Walt Disney World marathon weekend website.  Just click on "travel details".  You can also call 407-WDW-IRUN for details.

I hope this helps!  Please let me know if you have any other questions!
