It sounds like a villain must have infiltrated your
My Disney Experience App and messed with your tickets! I’m so sorry! I hope I can help you intercept your tickets with some troubleshooting today!
Here are the steps I’d follow before contacting reinforcements:
-Sign out of your My Disney Experience Mobile App
-Sign back in to your My Disney Experience App
-Select the “☰” icon at the bottom of your screen
-Select the “My Tickets and Passes” option
-See if your tickets reappear
If that does not work, follow these steps:
-Sign in to your Disney account on the Disney World website
-Select the “My Disney Experience” tab on the righthand side of the screen
-Select the “My Plans” banner
-Select the blue “Tickets, Passes, and Memory Maker” option
If you do not find your tickets in either of these ways, it’s probably time to get a Cast Member involved to help you locate your tickets! I recommend chatting with a Cast Member on the “Chat” feature on the My Disney Experience App or on the Disney World website. You can also
call a Cast Member to relocate these tickets.
