Hiya, Constance!
I'm so glad you've found your way to planDisney. Can you believe your Walt Disney World vacation is right around the corner? You're going to be experiencing all the magic of the
Walt Disney World 50th Anniversary Celebration before you know it! Since your arrival is only a few weeks away, now is a great time to finalize any last-minute planning details to help your trip go as smoothly as possible. Most importantly, be sure that you've booked theme park reservations using the
Disney Park Pass system for each day that you plan to visit one of the four Walt Disney World theme parks. Disney Park Pass availability has been going fast during this busy spring season and you won't want to risk missing out on any of the fun during your upcoming visit!
Unfortunately, once a
MagicBand has been linked to an individual Guest, it can't be reassigned to a different account. Don't worry, though –– there's still a way for you to use your MagicBands from a previous trip (and it might even make your planning process easier in the future). All you need to do is give
Walt Disney World Website Support a call at (407) 939-4357 and a Cast Member should be able to help you merge those two accounts into a single Disney Account. I had a similar situation a few years ago when the Disney Account linked to my
Disney Vacation Club Membership was separate from the Disney Account I was using to plan the rest of my vacation details, and a technical support Cast Member was able to quickly combine the two accounts. You'll even be able to pick which account credentials you'd like to use in the future, so there shouldn't be any problem using your new email account from this point forward.
I hope this helped to answer your question, Constance, and I really appreciate you visiting planDisney. If you think of more planning questions before you arrive at Walt Disney World Resort, be sure to stop back by –– we're always here to help!
See Ya Real Soon,
Amy
