    Too expensive to rent stroller! And I don't now own one for my 4 year old. Can I buy an umbrella stroller IN Disney once we get there so as not to have it at the airport? I'd be fine giving it away before we leave as long as it is cheap enough!

    Hi Jaime! I always recommend to families with children of the age of yours to not rent a big bulky stroller or bring one from home. My grandson started walking the parks at the age of four and not only is that healthy but it is also convenient. That doesn't mean they won't need a rest now and then to make it a full day so  the umbrella strollers Disney offers for purchase are the perfect solution.  They cost about $55 and can be bought at just about any of the resort stores or in the parks. They are sturdy and have a cover that can be removed if you choose.

    All strollers have to be folded when on the Disney buses and these are easy and quick for that purpose.  When we leave I sometimes donate my stroller to the resort in case a future guest might need it. I just figure it is a purchase that doesn't have to return with me and was a cheaper way to go versus renting.
