We are expecting to arrive at POR at 11 am, I know that check in is not until 3, is it possible to go ahead and get our theme park tickets when we arrive? My kids are super excited and want to get in the parks as soon as possible. Thanks for the help!!!!

    Hi Stephanie!

If you have booked a package through Walt Disney World that includes resort stay and park tickets, you can go ahead and check into your resort when you arrive, even if it's early.  You will be given your Key to the World cards that will act as your resort room key as well as your park tickets.  If your room isn't ready, you are free to head to the parks and use your tickets!  When your room is ready, you will receive a text message or voicemail letting you know you can head to your room at any time and it will also tell you your room number so you can go straight there and bypass check-in.

    Have a magical day!
