How much should I expect to spend on food for a 6 day/5 night trip with 2 adults & 2 kids (9 years old-turning 10 during our trip)? I have 9 sit-down dinners planned-5 are character breakfast buffets & 4 are restaurants.

    Hi Terri!

Unfortunately, I can't answer your question as I don't know how your family normally dines.  However, I do have a recommendation.  I suggest visiting the independent website AllEars.net.  There you can find the menus, with prices, for all of the Table Service and Quick Service restaurants at Walt Disney World.  The team at AllEars also does a great job keeping up with the latest changes at Walt Disney World.

I can also tell you that I typically budget $200.00 per day for my family which consists of 3 adults (one age 12) and 1 child.  That seems to work out right over the course of several days.  We always do at least one Table Service restaurant each day and sometimes two.  However, we almost always just grab something quick and inexpensive for breakfast.

Enjoy planning and have a magical vacation!
