    do you expect large crowds week of 1/06/09-1/13/09?

    I will be there during that week and I don't expect large crowds.  You will be going during the marathon weekend, but it tends to be much less crowded.  We also visited during that week in 2007 and found the crowds to be light and temperature to be perfect.  

    On the Sunday of the marathon the runners go through the Magic Kingdom and Epcot very early, before the parks even opens.  The last two parks for the runners are Animal Kingdom and Hollywood Studios.  I would recommend staying out of those two parks mid-day.
