What should we expect during the Not so Scary Halloween Party? I have 12 y/o and 7 y/o daughters that love Disney. Do the children generally dress up for Halloween? What about parents?

Yes, many people dress up, even adults. Our family was there the last Sunday in September, and the common themes for adults were;  Jack Sparrow, fairies and of course all of the Disney Characters.  I dressed my kids in their soccer uniforms, so we could ride the rides.  We were a soccer team, even my husband and I dressed the part.  There were costumes of all kind!.  If your going to get a Disney Costume I would buy it at home.  They are for sale there, but you will pay more than you would if you brought it back home.  Last year they had big, white Goofy balloons that marked the beginning of a candy walk where you could walk a path and 'trick or treat'.   It was fun!  We had so much sugar.  There was another candy walk right outside Big Thunder Mountain.  The candy was good candy too.  It wasn't what I expected.  We had a fabulous time and look forward to next year!!!!  Have fun!!
