Hi Deborah: Thanks for sending your question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. Lunch at Be Our Guest Restaurant is my favourite Quick Service Dining option. Currently, the Beast is meeting guests during dinner hours only. If you would like to visit with Belle, I would suggest experiencing Enchanted Tales with Belle in New Fantasyland. In this experience, guests help Lumière retell the story of how Belle and the Beast fell in love. The younger guests have a chance to interact with Belle by playing different roles in the story.
