Hi Hannah, welcome to planDisney!
Your
Walt Disney World Resort vacation is just around the corner, and what an exciting time of year to visit! January is a fantastic month to experience all the parks have to offer, with cooler weather and smaller crowds making it a perfect time to explore attractions, enjoy unique dining experiences, and even squeeze in some relaxation.
You can absolutely exit and re-enter the park with your one-day ticket! I'm a big advocate for taking a mid-day break at your
Disney Resorts Collection hotel. Whether it’s enjoying a dip in the pool, soaking in the hot tub if the weather is cooler, or catching a quick nap, stepping away from the park during the busiest part of the day is a great way to recharge. It also helps ensure my family and I can keep the magic going late into the evening—especially if we’re taking advantage of
Extended Evening Theme Park Hours for Deluxe Resort Guests!
The only time in-and-out privileges might be impacted is if the park reaches capacity, but Hakuna Matata, those instances are very rare and usually happen during major holidays like Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and New Year’s Eve (or the days surrounding them). Since your visit is in January, you should be all set to come and go as you please without any concerns. To be safe, check with a friendly Cast Member before departing to get a better feel for your chances.
If you’d like help with more Disney vacation planning,
feel free to reach out again! Whether you’re looking for the best dining reservations to grab, ideas for non-theme park itineraries, my favorite snacking spots, or the perfect place to enjoy a delicious craft cocktail, I’d be thrilled to share more tips to make your trip unforgettable.
See you real soon!
