Hey there, Hi there, Ho there, Beverly!
Great question! Unfortunately, according to the
eTicket Terms & Conditions, theme park tickets are nonrefundable. As stated, you can hang on to that
valid ticket and use it at a later time. Once the ticket expires, and as long as it has remained wholly unused, it can be used towards the purchase of a new ticket that is equal to or greater than the original purchase price.
Even if you don’t have any plans to visit the
Disneyland Resort any time soon, you can hang on to your ticket to use at a later time. I’m not sure if it’s a good thing, but I like to always have an extra ticket linked to me. It helps when it comes to those spur-of-the-moment trips. I had a quick trip out to
Walt Disney World Resort in August and I only needed to purchase 1 extra ticket, which meant more money for Mickey-shaped treats!
Beverly, I hope this helps answer your question. Fingers crossed you can squeeze in a quick visit with that extra ticket of yours. In the meantime, be sure to
let us know if there’s anything else we can help with!
