I have existing tickets that do not show up linked to my account. Can you help me link them to make a park reservation?

    Hi Michael,

Thank you for taking the time to send your question to us here at planDisney, we truly appreciate it!  I am so happy to see that you already have Theme Park Tickets, in a few short weeks you will be back at the Happiest Place on Earth!

I am sorry you are having trouble linking your Theme Park Tickets.  In order to link your Theme Park Tickets, sign in to your Disney Account and then return to the Disneyland Resort website.  On the website, look for the My Disneyland Tab in the right corner.  Hover over the My Disneyland Tab and then scroll down to the "Link Tickets" tab and select that option.  From there, follow the prompts to link your existing Theme Park Tickets.  You may not be able to see your Theme Park Tickets on the website, so once you have linked your tickets I would recommend trying to make your Theme Park Reservation as well.

To make your Theme Park Reservations, please follow these steps:
    1. Sign in to your Disney Account and click on the "Parks & Tickets" Tab on the Disneyland Resort website.  From there click on "Theme Park Reservation Details" and choose "Make Park Reservations".
    2. Create your party by adding any other Theme Park Tickets of those visiting with you to your account.  You will need to add their Theme Park Ticket number as well as their name.
    3. Select a day to visit as well as the Theme Park of your choice.
    4. Confirm your reservation.  Upon confirmation, you will receive an email that includes a QR code that will be required along with your valid Theme Park Tickets to enter both Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure Park.

If you are unable to make your Theme Park Reservations following these steps, you may need to call Ticket Services at (714) 781-4636 and a Cast Member will be able to help link your Theme Park Tickets properly to your account.  Please keep in mind that with all of the excitement surrounding the reopening of Disneyland Resort, Cast Members are working hard to answer guest questions so wait times may be longer than usual.

I hope my answer helps, Michael and hopefully you will be back at Disneyland Resort very soon!  If you have any other questions, please feel free to come back to planDisney, we are always happy to help.
