We have existing tickets & magic bands. We are staying off site. How can I book fast passes?

Hello Nancy!  Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

Obtaining FastPass+ Selections for those "must-do" attractions is a pivotal factor in creating an Endlessly Magical day at a Walt Disney World Resort for my family. By bypassing the standby queue for key attractions throughout the day, my family gets to experience more in less time.

The key to planning an Endlessly Magical day starts with My Disney Experience, even if you are staying off property. As you already have existing Theme Park Tickets and MagicBands from a previous Walt Disney World Vacation or purchased from the Disney Store online, you may select up to 3 FastPass+ attractions up to 30 days in advance of your visit through a My Disney Experience Account.

If you ensure that your Theme Park Tickets are linked to your party of Family and Friends through your My Disney Experience Account and that they, in turn, are matched to corresponding MagicBands, any FastPass+ selections made may be scanned through those same MagicBands.

They only issue with using MagicBands from a previous Walt Disney World Resort vacation is if the internal battery is no longer active. If you arrive at a Theme Park and the MagicBands will not scan, a Cast Member from Guest Services will assist you in obtaining Theme Park Admission Cards for access to the Theme Parks and your connected FastPass+ Selections.

    Happy Scanning!
